So I've decided once more to get back on my workout/healthy eating train once more.Procrastinator that I am I tend to get all engrossed in my health kicks but after a month or so boredom kicks in and I get landed straight back into unhealthy eating habits.So after feeling like I've put enough processed food into my body and seeing that I've put on a few pounds my body is telling me it's time to get right!Therefore before my body betrays me and I get lost in a gluttonous state I'm planning to start my new journey.Now,with this new raw food trend and green smoothie trend that's actually been around for a while...I've decided to incorporate both into my own personalised meal plan/routine.Which entails having green smoothies for breakfast with raw food snacks throughout the day and very light n healthy lunches and dinners.No healthy routine would be perfect without a workout regimen so knowing how easily I get bored I plan to incorporate many different types of workouts to keep me on my toes and interested.
Now I'm a firm believer in Spiritual,Emotional,Mental health but I do believe that it all starts with treating you body well.As the bible's states "Our body is a temple of God" and should be treated as such no?.So with that in mind I hope that as I start in that journey...hopefully I can inspire some motivation to get you started as well!;-) After all looking Good means feeling good inside and out! Keeping along those lines I've found through my own experience that eating healthy actually makes you more energetic and the more you train your body the more it wants to work....and I know the first few weeks are the hardest when trying to get your otherwise inactive muscles working for you but I guarantee that a month in your body will be working with you and you will be seeing the changes!
I'm officially within sights if my big 3-0 and yes I'm getting old-er and want to live as long n healthy a life as possible but I also want to be able to put on that little
number n strut my stuff and know that I look and feel a million bucks!That is most definitely my goal....although losing some pounds is a big part of my motivation,I want to feel confident in my own skin for myself first. ...with that in mind I really hope I can inspire YOU to live a healthier lifestyle......let's get started!!! :-).......Be well,Eat better and Happy Friday!. >>>Smooches<<<
